TEXT: Daniel 7: 9-10, Daniel 7:13,26, 2 Peter 2:6-8, Rev. 19:11

This world currently is facing challenges and problems. But the judgement of God shall bring them all to an end. Every individual, family and even the church shall face judgement.
As a nation, the church, are we sure of what God commanded us? And have we obeyed them all? As a Christian, do you live the life of God? Are you fruitful? Do you pass His message of salvation, the gospel of peace to unbelievers? How many souls have you brought into God’s kingdom? This is what the judgement is for and about.
Judgement begins in the church before moving to the unbelievers. There is a battle going on, which is not a mere battle; it is the battle between righteousness and unrighteousness, the battle between Godliness and wickedness. The land is groaning in pains because wickedness had been enthroned. Who is going to win in this battle? How is it going to end? Its going to end in favour of the truth and righteousness. The battle of believers is a battle of righteousness, between light and darkness. God’s judgement shall condemn the wicked and the ungodly (2 Peter 2:6-8). God’s judgement shall condemn and overthrow every wickedness. His judgement shall deliver the just: believers who live by faith.
According to Daniel 7:9, it is not the responsibility of God to cast down demons and the thrones of wickedness but the responsibility of the church. When the church takes this responsibility, then God the Ancient of days will sit and deliver judgement. God shall not deliver judgement unless the judgement has been set. The church must be in position to clothe herself with power and glory. We, believers as the church must put on the garment of the whole armour of God (Ephesians 6:11) in the battle between Godliness and wickedness. When Christians put on the whole armour of God, they become like Him. “. . . and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace” Ephesians 6:15. Which means Christians are always going out to win souls for the kingdom of God. How are your feet now? “. . . and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God” Ephesians 6:17. Is the word of God still powerful in your mouth? Do you have any powerful, fiery sword of the spirit in your mouth?
“. . . and the books were opened” Daniel 7:10. When your book (of judgement) is opened, what would be found? People who fear God take time to make sure nothing negative goes into their book.
God, the Ancient of days, is moving the church into His predestination of glory; His covenant of love, life and power. The life of a believer is the life of Godliness: a life without hate and bitterness. The life of Godliness is a life of love, purity and holiness. We must live like Christ.
