In the month of February, God revealed His truth through His servant Bishop Dr. S. I. Okelezoh in His messages
Word and Prayer are Siamese Twins.
The Church and Elections in Nigeria
House Fellowship

The word of God is the generating force and the foundation on which everything that exists stands upon. It is not wise of a man to replace the Word of God in His heart with something else; it brings about failure. The Word of God is very important to us believers because when we have the Word of God, it means we have the Spirit of God in us.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”
John 1:1

The Word of God and prayer work together. When you don’t have the Word of God in you, your prayers become an abomination unto God.

“He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination”
Proverbs 28:9

The word of God equips and structures you to live a disciplined life. A disciplined man guides His ears by hearing. Discipline is the key to prosperity: it is the integrity grace and power that establishes your ears, eyes, hearth, mind, mouth, steps and will in the fear of God to yield life and prosperity. One of our members shared a wonderful testimony: he said that before he began this ministry, he was very sick nearly to the point of death but after coming and listening to the word of God diligently, he have never experienced any sickness that could take him to the hospital for the passed 30 years.

God revealed to us our role, not only as Christians but as citizens of our nation. It was the month of our nation’s presidential election: the choosing of the president that will either lead the people to the right path or indulge in corruption and the wanton destruction of lives and property. God used his servant Bishop Dr. S. I. Okelezoh to encourage; and reveal to us the reason our vote is essential. We were made to understand that our PVC (personal voter’s card) is our critical symbolic presenter of the will of God’s conscience that brings God into the throne of Government in Nigeria: If we want God’s will to rule over Nigeria, you must get your PVC and vote.

“The king by judgment establisheth the land: but he that receiveth gifts overthroweth it”
Proverb 29: 4.

If we want our land to be established we must bring in a new king who loves judgment, truth, justice, righteousness and the fear of God.

“The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me, He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God”
2 Samuel 23:3.

God revealed to us the importance of participating in house fellowship with fellow believers. Partaking in house fellowship with fellow believers makes you great and a solid ground on which other great men would stand.

“And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing”
Genesis 12:2.

The Bible describes House fellowship as a little or small gathering of fellow believers for the purpose sharing the Word of God. God is ready to bless believers who participate in house fellowship; the divine blessings are salvation, protection, peace, righteousness, riches, wealth, inheritance of the earth, family-love, eternal life . . .

“And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovah-Nissi”
Exodus 17: 15

Jehovah-Nissi means the Lord is our protector, banner and hiding place. The Name of the Lord, the Word of God, the cross of Jesus, the love of God, the life and light of God are our banner, protector and hiding place. A member shared a testimony: He and his family – his wife and three children – were involved in an accident. A car suddenly loss its brake and was running after them while they were all in his tricycle on the road. Out of losing control, his baby almost fell from the tricycle but was caught my the leg. The head of the baby scratched the ground of the main road but was not severely injuried. God Almighty protected both the man and his family from an accident that could have been fatal. The word of God in our mouth is the weapon to win any battle.

“Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God”
Ephesians 6: 16-17

There is no man that runs to the cross of Jesus Christ that will not be saved and forgiven.  The cross of Jesus is the supreme weapon that has the power to conquer the devil. No matter how oceanic the water is, it can never quench the Love of God for us. Nothing shall be able to separate us from the Love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:39.
