Excerpts

For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
Acts 17:28

Attaining your word-being means being in constant fellowship with  the Word of God. We are God’s being because we are born of God.

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith”
1 John 5:4.

The word ‘being’ signifies the living image, likeness, nature, and essence of who you are. It can be broken into various parts; BE meaning exist, IN meaning inside, G meaning God and ING means to continuously stay and abide in God. Therefore our being in God means our existence and fellowship with Him.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”
John 1:1.

Being born of God, you become a Word of God. Whatsoever is born must grow. Therefore whoever is born of God can only grow to maturity by the Word of God: from a child-word to a full adult-word. The more time a believer spends with the Word of God, the more of God’s being the believer expresses. God is interested in the quality of our attendance in fellowship.

“That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ”
1 John 1:3.
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”

Romans 10:17.
“For in him we live, and move, and have our being . . .”
Acts 17:28.

One of the signs and wonders of this mystery of our being in God is that whenever we move on earth, heaven moves along. God’s presence is always with us: Angels of His divine presence are with us wherever we go. That is a significant benefit of being in God.

According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue. Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust”
1 Peter 1:3-4.
“Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me?  and where is the place of my rest?”
Isaiah 66:1
“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?”
1 Corinthians 6:19.

We are God’s temple and resting place on Earth: God’s kingdom in Heaven extends to the Earth through us. Therefore, believers are an extention of God’s kingdom and presence.
